Mail Mining is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that will allow users to manage their emails.
This program will work on Outlook 2007 or 2010, under Windows XP, Vista or Seven. It will help users to manage their inbox more efficiently, by classifying the received emails according to the date in which they were sent. This way, the users will be able to check the messages ordered by date.
By selecting a given message, you will be able to use this program to apply actions on that email. You can use the Template Manager, to answer that message, using an existing template or creating a new one. You can also set the program to the "Do Not Disturb" mode. This way, Outlook will not check for new emails for a given time. You can choose when to receive email alerts. The program features some detectors, that can warn the users when they included the word attach, attached or attachment in the body of the message, but they did not attach something to that message. You can use this add-in to classify the emails manually, moving them to other folders. It is possible to create meetings or tasks from an email.
